MINDFULNESS

MINDFULNESS has become a huge buzz word in hospitals and medical programs pioneered by Dr. Jon Cabot ZIn. First established at UMass now over 40 hospitals nationwide and international are following suit. BIG money for these programs! Programs are funded in an attempt to change the way medicine is addressed ; preventive and after care Jon Cabot Zin is highly revered in the medical community he also lectures worldwide at corporations like Google among others to create and implement “Workplace Wellness Programs”. I am tentatively wait listed for a program to study again with Jon in Sept. fingers crossed! I be followed him for Many years after My friend filmmaker Gita Desai featured him in her first film “Yoga Unveiled”
